What can you expect from this course?

We'll kick-start an organization (simulation) using S3 patterns and move rapidly from concept to action in self-organizing teams.

You'll engage in practices for effective facilitation and participation in collaborative group interactions.

We'll explore various ways to build and evolve organizational structure to support the continuous flow of value.

You'll reflect regularly on your practice with peers and discover the deeper thinking that lies behind Sociocracy 3.0.

This course will help you:

Prerequisite: completion of Sociocracy 3.0 Foundation Course

Attendance in this course relies on the knowledge and experience you gain during the Foundations Course (or equivalent).
