Tailored-made, bite-sized learning journeys designed to build the competencies and skills people need. Scalable. Easy to integrate into the daily routine.

We work with you to identify useful learning outcomes and put together the relevant content, activities and support to deliver to your actual needs. Our programs include:‍

E-lessons

Bundles of video and text lessons released at the start of the week.

Activities

Individual activities for students to put into practice what they learn.

Group Meetings

Structured formats to guide reflection on learning in small study groups each week. 

Q&A Sessions

Regular calls with the co-developers of S3 to answer questions and explore application.

Training for developing internal expertise

Prior to implementing a program, we work with select people from your organization to help them develop the necessary understanding and experience to host and facilitate the programs. This ensures they are well equipped to support participants on the journey with guidance, feedback and their own examples of applying S3.
